At Wood Bee Happy Ltd, our journey began in the picturesque town of Egremont, nestled amongst the lush landscapes of the Lake District. What started as a simple passion for woodworking has evolved into crafting exquisite wooden pieces that tell a story. Each grain and every curve reflects my commitment to quality and artistry, setting my creations apart in a market saturated with mass-produced goods.
My love for woodwork was ignited in childhood, recently trying to perfect my craft through trial and error, learning from both successes and setbacks. This led to the establishment of Wood Bee Happy Ltd, where i aspire to blend traditional techniques with innovative design. I embrace each project with enthusiasm, ensuring that every item i produce is not merely a product but a work of art that brings joy and functionality into our customers’ lives.

Our visionary goals include expanding our business by integrating beekeeping, which we will be starting in April this year when my two Bee Nucleous of Buckfast Bees arrive, adding a great addition and interest to Wood Bee Happy.

Bees and woodworking complement each other seamlessly, particularly through the use of natural beeswax in our projects. I Have a Colony of Plecostomus (Bristlenose Catfish)
Over the last year i have been building up a small colony of Plecos. there are 6 Peppermint Plecos which are now all adults, 6 Albino Plecos which are still juveniles and have about 6 months to reach maturity and one Blue eyed lemon pleco seen here in the right hand photo.CLICK ON PLECO CAVE PICTURE FOR VIDEO OF SPAWN>>>>>
Breeding Tropical Fish: A Rewarding Challenge

This practice yields significant gratification while affording the opportunity to develop a distinctive collection of fish within one's own environment. We invite you to follow me into the critical aspects of fish breeding, ensuring a fulfilling engagement. Currently, the Peppermint plecos are demonstrating characteristic breeding behaviours; the males occupy their chosen breeding caves, actively enticing the females to spawn within these shelters. I will update with any developments hopefully leading to a tank with baby plecos which are so cute.
